EXHIBITOR'S GUIDELINES

All exhibits and exhibitors are subject to the following regulations and guidelines.

1. EXHIBIT SPACES (electrical will be provided):

a. INSIDE EXHIBIT SPACES are approximately 10' wide by 10' deep. One table and two chairs are provided with the space. Electricity will be available, please note if needed at your booth.

b. OPEN AREA EXHIBIT SPACES are approximately 25' x 25'. One table and two chairs are provided with these spaces. Ideal for light and heavy equipment displays as well as flatbed and vehicle displays.

c. PAYMENT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE must be made in advance. PAYMENT IS DUE BY February 01, 2019. No full REFUND is made after March 12, 2016.

d. Exhibitors will be responsible for the SECURITY and SAFETY of their displays and associated equipment. Exhibitors are encouraged to store valuables and lock equipment when unattended. Exhibitors must NOT OBSTRUCT the general VIEW, BLOCK or HIDE the exhibit of others.

e. PARKING - Only passenger and pick-up vehicles are permitted to park in the EXHIBITOR’S PARKING area adjacent to the exhibit area. Larger vehicle and trailers must park in the designated parking area. All non-display vehicles must be removed from the exhibit area by 9:00 AM, Tuesday, February 26th. No vehicles will be allowed back in the exhibit area before 5:00 p.m., February 26.

2. SETUP AND BREAKDOWN:

a. OPEN AREA EXHIBIT SPACES may be set up from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 25. No rolling equipment may be brought in after 9:00 AM, Tuesday, February 26th. Flatbed trailers and other large vehicles used to haul equipment are to be parked in the designated parking area.

b. INSIDE EXHIBIT SPACES may be set up from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 25.

c. SHOW HOURS are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on February 26. Breakdown hours for vendors are from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on February 26, 2019. NO DISMANTLING is permitted prior to 4:00 p.m. without direct permission from the Expo Vendor Manager. Breakdown hours for vendors are from 5:00 p.m. . All participants MUST pre-register and pick up vendor packets upon arrival. Any SPACE UNCLAIMED by 8:00 a.m., Monday, February 25, may be reassigned without refund. Exhibitor DISTRIBUTION of MATERIALS MUST BE CONFINED TO THE ASSIGNED EXHIBIT SPACE.

3. GENERAL:

a. Exhibitors are responsible for providing a safe and environmentally friendly exhibit area prior to, during, and after the event. Exhibitors are required to have knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations including those pertaining to health, safety, fire, and selling of merchandise or products or services.

b. Whenever possible, space assignments will be made according to request. Expo Vendor Management reserves the right to make final determination of all spaces with exhibitor notification whenever possible.

c. The sponsors also reserve the right to refuse rental or deny display of any goods or services not in their opinion of being compatible to the general character and objectives of the exhibition.

d. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be served and or consumed at anytime during the Expo hours of operation.
